Returns

If you have a defective product, please let us know. Send photos (or a video, if necessary), as well as your order number to teamcalamariracing@gmail.com

Our return policy allows returns up to 15 days after delivery date of the purchase. We do not accept returns on used/opened items. We cannot accept returns on crankshafts, carbs, cylinders, jets or electronics. We cannot accept returns on Special Order items. We cannot accept returns on Tires. Shipping Costs and State Tax are not refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please inspect ALL items upon receiving for damage and defects, in order to process a return or exchange for defective product. Please contact us ahead of time, as well, so we are aware of an incoming return. 

For items you'd like to return, as long as they are unopened, and in original condition there is a 20% restocking fee. You can also opt for a full store credit issued with no fee (just be sure to let us know!). If you send a package back, said to be new, and its opened, we cannot issue a refund for these items. We cannot cover the return shipping, or the original shipping charge to get the item to you. We want to make sure you get the correct item, so PLEASE contact us, if you have questions about fitment. Nobody wants to return items, or pay fees so please reach out prior, or verify the items you purchase are correct. 

Canceled Orders

Canceled orders are subject to a 25% restock fee regardless of your order status. Once your order is processed and parts are ordered from our distributors we can not stop them from coming to us. Once we receive them we are charged a restock fee by our distributors and have to pay to ship them back.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (it will depend on your banking institution on how quickly your funds are added back to your account).  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

Return Shipping

Once you've connected with someone on our team and we are aware of the return, you should mail your products back to Team Calamari at 13643 S Mulino Rd, Mulino OR 97042. Please include your name, order number, and if you'd prefer the refund back to your original tender with the restocking fee, or if you'd like store credit for no fee. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
